Shipment

The products ordered after 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM are shipped on the same day or the next day before 1 p.m. inside Tansen. 

The orders outside Tansen may be delivered in 2 – 3 working days depending upon your location.

What does the shipping cost?

The purchase of Rs1,000 or above is delivered free of cost inside Tansen and shipping cost outside Tansen may vary depending upon the product and location which you can see on the respective products while you choose a location for the shipping. 

We do not provide cash on delivery outside Tansen. Pre-payment using Bank Transfer or any other online payment medium such as Khalti, Esewa must be done for the deliveries outside Tansen.
